I wanted to take time today a let you know how very much I appreciated the help that we received from Judi and Nancy last week. We installed an ATM at our new location. The company that sold the machine to our design build (ACG) company did not provide the training on the use of the Aprta Advantage Software from NCR. (as ACG had indicated to the design build company they would provide training)

Judi and Nancy spent several hours of their time calling other clients, Star, First Data trying to piece together the procedures etc. While they knew who to call to get help, it was still very time consuming as not one person had all of the answers. Their efforts saved me an unknown amount of man hours.

Please let them know again how much I appreciate them both.

This meant a lot to me, once again “Thank You”
